Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead a large-scale, ground-up commercial project from inception through commissioning. You will coordinate with the client, general contractor and A/E teams, manage schedule, cost and safety, and deliver the project on time and to quality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient – expert experience using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Site layout/design coordination with GC and A/E.
• Lead Turner & Townsend site project team under client direction.
• Ensure safety, budget and schedule adherence on the construction site.
• Coordinate with external vendors, architects, engineers, suppliers and GC.
• Review designs for constructability and risk, and report findings.
