Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, ORPM, CSF, or PCG to drive a large-scale ground-up commercial project. You will manage from inception to commissioning, coordinating clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 8 years of project management in construction, OSHA certification, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Degree in Construction Management and OSHA certification.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office suite.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and report status.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities among clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables, flagging risks or delays.
• Review documents, RFIs, and submittals for compliance and constructability.
• Support procurement activities including contractor coordination and long-lead equipment tracking.
• Assist planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track action items; maintain stakeholder communications.
• Assist with commissioning, inspections, and project closeout.
• Maintain project documentation in designated document management systems.
• Collaborate with cost, scheduling, and project controls teams for status reporting.
