Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager for a large scale, ground‑up commercial real estate project in Phoenix. You will lead all construction activities, coordinating with general contractors, architects, and engineers while ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years field experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders through the design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent; OSHA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from inception to commissioning.
• Coordinate with general contractor, architects, and engineers on design and construction matters.
• Lead a site project team and liaise with external vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Perform constructability reviews and risk assessments to protect cost and schedule.
• Develop baseline schedules and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Manage interface with authorities having jurisdiction on site development and permitting.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and commissioning plans; support procurement and handover to operations.
