Qualifications

• 15+ years of capital project construction delivery experience.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to project locations outside home state/country.
• Experience overseeing multiple construction contractors or CM firms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 3–5 reports (Lilly employees and contract Construction Managers).
• Oversee field construction from detailed design through mechanical completion.
• Ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on Brownfield and Greenfield sites.
• Interface with project leadership and site stakeholders; facilitate issue resolution and scope changes.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for construction scopes.
