Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Project Manager for Global Facilities Delivery to lead large capital asset programs (>$50M) across sites. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive value with regional stakeholders.

This onsite, travel-intensive role requires a PE or PMP and a BS in engineering with 5+ years of pharma/manufacturing project delivery. Relocation and travel are expected; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to project management.
• 5+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to locations outside home state/country.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital programs and assets ($50M+).
• Coordinate with program leadership, governance, and stake­holders regionally.
• Develop and enforce safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, cost, and schedules.
