Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Construction Management leader to supervise 3–5 direct reports and oversee field execution of major capital programs worldwide. You will ensure safety, cost control, schedule adherence, and quality across Brownfield and Greenfield sites.

Responsibilities include interfacing with project leadership, enforcing compliance, and maintaining safety/environment plans. Candidates should have 20+ years in industrial construction and be willing to relocate and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 20+ years of capital project construction delivery experience.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors or CM firms.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for project locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction execution for large capital programs (≥$1B) from design through mechanical completion.
• Serve as primary liaison between field teams and program leadership; ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead compliance with company policies, GMP where applicable, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans; act on site safety leadership.
