Job summary

Vanir is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to provide onsite leadership for complex PMCM and DSA projects in California. You will supervise the construction management team, ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering/construction management/architecture, at least 9 years in construction management plus 3 years in a senior role, and proven experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 9 years as a Construction Manager and 3 years as a Senior Construction Manager supervising staff.
• Experience with DSA/public projects in California.
• Understanding of Linear and Vertical Construction.
• Strong communication, documentation and scheduling skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and project-related CM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership for construction management across multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are on budget, on schedule, and design requirements are met.
• Supervise Construction Management team including field staff and engineers.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and engineers; manage meetings and documentation.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and project closeout requirements.
