Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to provide on-site leadership for complex projects in California.

You will ensure that projects stay on budget and on schedule, while meeting contract requirements and coordinating with the construction team. The role requires strong communication skills, extensive CM experience, and the ability to oversee multiple fast-paced programs and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 9 years as a Construction Manager and 3 years as a Senior Construction Manager supervising staff is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for construction management across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to meet requirements.
• Manage project controls, cost, schedule, and documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain minutes and tracking.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
• Oversee project closeout and turnover to the owner.
