Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and direction of PM activities across multiple California sites, from initial identification through closeout.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management or architecture, with 5+ years PM experience, and familiarity with Prolog and Primavera. On-site roles across Sacramento, San Francisco, and Los Angeles are available, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive PM experience
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
• Knowledge of master planning, A/E solicitation and design-phase management
• Experience with Prolog and Primavera project systems
• Registration as Architect or PE preferred

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for owner and partner entities for contract, design, and deliverables
• Develop project procedures and documentation; advise owner on contracts and related systems
• Ensure compliance with construction requirements and project controls
• Manage data, information, and communications among owner, architects, engineers, and project teams
• Represent owner in meetings and public forums; coordinate project-related activities
• Lead project meetings and track statuses; supervise CM staff as needed
• Oversee bid phase services as required by client
• Perform other duties as assigned
