Job summary

Vanir is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to provide onsite leadership, coordination, and direction for construction management activities on DSA projects in California. The role helps ensure the project stays on budget and schedule while the design fits contract requirements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, with experience on DSA/public

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager.
• Experience with DSA/public projects in California.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and coordination for CM activities on DSA projects.
• Ensure project stays on budget and schedule and design fits contract requirements.
• Supervise field staff and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Assist in project controls, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation and minutes.
