Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to provide on-site leadership for multiple projects in California. You will ensure work aligns with budgets, schedules and design requirements while supervising a diverse team of engineers, field staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-paced projects
• Knowledge of estimating, cost, scheduling, documentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CM systems

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management services on multiple or complex projects
• Liaise with contractor and oversee progress on-site
• Direct and monitor activities of contractors, engineers and architects
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance on all work streams
• Manage project controls, cost, schedule and documentation
• Lead project meetings and track decisions and actions
• Closeout projects with turnover documentation and guarantees
