Aegis Companies seeks a Senior Construction Manager to provide construction management support for our valued client's data center practice. 3 to 7 years’ construction experience is required. The Senior Construction Manager’s main responsibility is to monitor and report on design, bidding, cost, and scheduling events with 100% transparency.

Escalation of risk is the number one priority. The role requires organization and attention to detail, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of construction experience required.
• Ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent and proactive communications, escalating risks requiring mitigation.
• Create and manage customer change orders, bids, and approvals.
• Coordinate design changes and track progress to meet dates.
• Ensure project schedule tracks to contractual milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects within the Compass Program.
