Aegis Project Controls in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to provide construction management support for our data center practice. The role requires 3–7 years of construction experience, high organization, and the ability to coordinate design, cost, and scheduling with the client and A/E team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years’ construction experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent and unmanaged communications, escalating risks and issues.
• Create and manage customer change orders with bids and approvals.
• Create purchase orders for customer changes across several data halls and security areas.
• Attend customer calls related to design changes and track progress against need-by dates.
• Ensure project schedule tracks to contractual dates using schedule tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Finance, Security, Supply Chain and Operations.
