Amazon is seeking a Construction Manager for the Global Real Estate and Facilities Workplace Design and Construction team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will drive construction services on tenant improvements, new builds, expansions and renovations from design through turnover, coordinating with architects, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in Real Estate Development, Architecture/Design or Construction Management, strong leadership and collaboration, and a track record

Responsibilities

• Represent GREF to internal customers for space delivery.
• Influence stakeholders to align decisions with Amazon priorities.
• Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, accruals, and payments for projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensure contract compliance and safety standards.
• Provide management of design and construction projects from strategy to turnover.
