Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall project quality from Design Development to Commissioning.
• Organize and monitor concurrent projects with high quality, service and communication.
• Identify risks early and mitigate project impact.
• Influence and communicate with internal/external partners to meet goals.
• Contribute to design development ensuring constructability and cost targets.
• Clarify scope responsibilities for field coordination.
• Manage contractor accountability, cost performance, and scheduling, including permitting lead times and equipment delivery.
• Understand municipalities entitlement/permit processes and schedules.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time.
