United Rentals seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex capital projects, from renovations to ground-up design-build, across multiple sites. You will partner with executives, coordinate architects and engineers, and manage budgets, schedules, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and expertise in regulatory compliance and advanced building systems.

Competenze

• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field, or equivalent
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction and project management
• Advanced knowledge of building systems and construction processes
• Proven leadership of complex ground-up build-to-suit and design-build projects
• Experience with large-scale or multi-site projects
• Subject matter expert for due diligence, permitting strategy and code interpretation
• Proficiency with construction project management software (Procore preferred)
• Industry-related certifications
• Willingness to travel 60–70% across regions
• Extended hours during critical phases; PPE required
