Job summary

Elite Contracting Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, maintenance, and investment property renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and leadership to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety across multiple sites, while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CM, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP, CCM or CM certification preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years in a similar Senior Project Manager/PM role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and building systems.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to travel.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to walk active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds; able to work in office and field.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Mac technology products is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead multiple projects including residential, commercial, maintenance, and renovation work.
• Develop schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and execution plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and field personnel.
• Review plans, contracts, and permits for compliance and risk management.
• Maintain project records, budgets, and correspondence; manage change orders.
• Communicate regularly on progress, costs, and schedules with clients and team.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and approve invoices.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards on site.
• Balance field and office responsibilities to minimize disruption to operations.
