Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a senior leader to oversee field labor workforce development and manage programs that align with organizational missions. This role partners with general and trade superintendents, field leaders, and external partners to deliver workforce initiatives, training, and readiness across regions.

You will develop multi-year strategies, oversee budgets, monitor progress with PM tools, and ensure programs meet regulatory standards, with emphasis on engagement scores and scalable

Qualifications

Experience supervising trade personnel or involvement in a JATC or Welding/Fitting School.
10+ years of experience in labor relations, workforce development, or construction workforce planning.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Labor Relations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead internal partnerships and support systems across McKinstry trades with field leadership.
Develop and execute workforce development initiatives with budgets and timelines.
Align workforce programs with regional markets and regulatory requirements.
Develop multi-year program strategies and governance routines.

Education
