Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in residential construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and document management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the job site and supervise daily trade partner activities according to schedules and scopes of work.
• Plan construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and site safety practices.
• Maintain safety logs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Oversee training and mentorship of Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers.
• Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff.
• Manage departmental performance against targets and budgets while adhering to policies.
