Lennar Corporation in Tomball, TX, is seeking a Sr Construction Manager to lead residential communities from pre-construction through final handover. You will supervise Assistant CM and CM teams, drive schedule adherence, quality, and safety.

This role requires 5+ years in residential construction, strong budgeting and planning skills, blueprints literacy, and excellent communication. Relocation not required; we offer growth within a Fortune 500 homebuilder.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in project/construction management for residential builds.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and document-control skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage job sites and supervise daily trade partner activities per schedules.
• Plan construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and inspections.
• Maintain site safety logs and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Mentor and oversee Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers.
