Responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction meetings, inspections, safety, and budget adherence, while leveraging Build Pro and Procore to optimize workflows. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building plans.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, manage schedules, and supervise trade partners.
• Conduct frequent site walks to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and partners to maintain budgets and timelines.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on partner performance and scheduling to leadership.
• Maintain safety logs, ensure compliance with codes, and address regulatory concerns.
• Coordinate with sales, customer care, and management for smooth operations.
