Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Sr Construction Manager to supervise and coordinate daily residential construction across assigned communities in Texas. The role includes mentoring Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers, ensuring adherence to policies, and overseeing progress through the construction process.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction management, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, blueprints proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage job site and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with schedules.
• Plan construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and inspections.
• Maintain job site safety and logs, conduct safety meetings.
• Oversee training and mentorship of Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers.
• Conduct field meetings with trade partners, staff, and sales teams.
• Partner with inspectors for timely approvals of development phases.
