Job summary

Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee operations from planning to completion on large commercial/industrial projects.

You will manage multiple sites, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety programs, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ related experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor.
• Ability to manage all resources, to include vendors, subcontractors, time, and more, as well as prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: manage multiple large value, high-profile projects and outline schedules with the Project Manager.
• Subcontractor Management: supervise and coordinate multiple subcontractors and staff across locations.
• Safety: ensure compliance with HSEQ and local requirements (OSHA, EM385.1.1).
• Travel: frequent driving between project sites; occasional travel may be required.
• Site operations: control job site activities to meet contract requirements and safety standards.
