Leading Edge in Dallas is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, coordinating contractors, schedules and budgets while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of CM experience on commercial/industrial projects, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/Procore. Travel between sites and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Proficiency with construction software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes and OSHA requirements.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and quality against plans.
• Review plans, drawings, and change orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and closeout documents.
• Manage inspections, testing, and commissioning.
