Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with internal Sr Leaders, operations, contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to drive progress while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs are met. You will develop robust project plans, manage risks, and lead permitting and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• Construction and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of US military experience as an alternative path.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide timely, concise communications to operations and stakeholders.
• Direct contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with 7-Eleven's Environmental consultant to ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop project plans including charter, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder register.
• Facilitate site surveys, due diligence, and prepare scope of work; manage budgets and change orders.
