Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with commercial/industrial GC.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subs, and staff.
• Ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and occasional travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project oversight of multiple large-value projects; outline timetable and update schedules to stay on plan.
• Subcontractor management: supervise and coordinate multiple subs and staff.
• Safety: ensure compliance with HSEQ guidelines, OSHA, and related standards.
• Travel between project sites; occasional travel may be required.
• Work in office and on-site environments; deal with weather and site conditions.
