Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with commercial/industrial GC experience.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and subs at all levels.
• Ability to manage resources (vendors, subs, time) and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity and collaboration within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation of information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large value projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site operations across locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality guidelines.
• Travel between project sites; communicate with Project Manager on scope and schedule.
• Generate daily reports and manage punch-list and closeout tasks.
