Job summary

Stella Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong construction knowledge and the ability to lead internal teams and customer communication.

You’ll coordinate materials, maintain clear communication with subcontractors and vendors, serve as the primary contact for customers during the build, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on construction experience.
• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Coordinate and manage materials for assigned job sites.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the build phase.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and internal reporting.
