Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects for various clients, acting as an extension of the owner's staff. You will manage GC, engineers, and vendors to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities include on-site progress reviews, weekly meetings, and ensuring contractual compliance while communicating issues to leadership and clients. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required or 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Deltek, Newforma and SmartSheet.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites, inspections or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation and schedules to meet project objectives.
• Conduct detailed reviews of vendor proposals and awards with client coordination.
• Follow standards for project reporting, documentation and recordkeeping.
• Lead project start-up activities and on-site progress reviews.
• Chair weekly project meetings and ensure compliance with contracts.
