Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services, Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a life sciences project. You will coordinate with the Project Director, PM, and Construction Manager to drive progress, safety, and adherence to contract documents on site.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management with 10+ years of project delivery experience, and is prepared to travel up to 25% to client sites and associated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities for assigned trades and manage field operations.
• Coordinate with Project Director/Manager to track progress and manpower.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on-site.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors and manage change control and invoicing.
• Support preconstruction, scheduling, and closeout activities.
