• Collect and assemble on-site testing and inspection reports for close-out documentation.
• Leads assigned vendors and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Ensures safety objectives and quality requirements on assigned projects.
• Interacts with clients on site to promote positive relationships.
• Supports development of preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets.
• Reviews submittals and change control documentation.
• Conducts periodic site inspections and reports on conditions.
