• Coordinate with Project Director/PM/CM to monitor progress, manpower, and schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across trades.
• Develop preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans.
• Review submittals, RFI process support, and change control documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and report findings to project team.
