Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager for our site near Irvine, California. You will lead construction efforts to safely deliver projects on time and on budget, partnering with the Project Director and Senior PM to guide engineering, CM, and superintendent teams.

Required is a strong construction background, commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement. Travel ~25% and site safety training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent technical degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or related discipline.
• Demonstrate significant industry knowledge across construction and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual requirements, project specs, and design drawings.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, schedule updates, and change reporting.
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, monthly reports, and payment applications.
• Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor resources, maintain scopes of work, and communicate expectations across the team.
• Track and report project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and field conditions.
