Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead construction site activities and coordinate trades on life sciences projects in the Blue Bell, PA or Germantown, MD area.

You will support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to drive safety, quality, and schedule while ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Expect up to 25% travel and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific trades on assigned construction sites and manage field operations.
• Support Project Director, Project Manager, and Construction Manager for progress oversight.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients and promote strong site relationships.
• Review and contribute to schedules, budgets, and change control documentation.
