Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction operations for complex projects and/or multiple projects.
• Mentor associates and support career development.
• Develop and manage project schedules and scopes with trade partners.
• Oversee safety planning, site walkthroughs, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project budget, procurement, and field personnel staffing.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and partners to ensure project success.
