Job summary

Pulice is hiring a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety programs across large projects in Texas. You will manage incident tracking, conduct trainings, oversee orientations, and ensure regulatory compliance to safeguard workers and meet project timelines.

The role requires deep construction safety expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams and management. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

15+ years of construction or safety experience.
Proven leadership of safety teams and programs.
Strong regulatory knowledge and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety program and project-site procedures.
Perform trend analysis of incidents and maintain accurate records.
Develop and conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks.
Ensure permits and certifications are active and tracked.
Provide technical safety guidance for training and equipment needs.
Oversee injury reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
Review DHA/JHA documentation and ensure timely tracking of safety measures.
Create or approve worksite safety and evacuation plans; support emergency planning.
