Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in estimating software and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects from concept to completion.
• Review plans and specs to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for alignment with specs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and architects to refine scope.
• Provide cost reports to management and assist budgeting decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients to optimize cost outcomes.
• Stay updated on materials, methods, and cost trends.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve estimating processes.
