Responsibilities

• Manages projects on behalf of clients and meets deadlines.
• Performs virtual assistant tasks: scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, data entry, and more.
• Communicates professionally with clients, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Hours start at 10-20 hours per week; potential to grow to 40 hours per week as we grow. Schedule is flexible and largely weekday-based, with most project turnaround times of 1-2 days.
• Remote position within the US.
