Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Estimator to join a top Wisconsin General Contractor. You will support preconstruction efforts by preparing bids, takingoffs, and estimates for commercially focused projects.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with clients and project teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as an estimator, strong math and analytic skills, and proficiency with estimating software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in construction.
• Proficiency with takeoffs, estimates, quantity takeoffs, bidding and conceptual estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and bids for current and new clients.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and conceptual estimating.
• Analyze project specifications and materials to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with PreConstruction and project teams to secure work.
