Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepares Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and supports design-build projects.
• Reviews and files pricings from project managers against OPCCs.
