Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking an Estimator to support project teams on a variety of construction projects. You will perform cost estimating tasks, prepare OPCCs, and collaborate with procurement and field teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least 3 years of related experience, with travel as needed. You’ll develop schedules, manage change, and ensure accurate cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and procurement for pricing and bid responses.
• Review and file subcontractor pricing and associated bid documentation.
• Develop and edit project schedules and conduct cost reporting for progress tracking.
• Assist in change management and RFIs, ensuring alignment with plans and specs.
