Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Construction Estimator / Project Scheduler to join our team in the United States. You will perform estimating tasks, research costs, prepare OPCCs, and support bid and procurement activities on diverse projects.

You'll develop detailed baseline schedules, work with project controls on schedules, and assist with change management and QA/QC efforts to ensure project success. Travel may be required and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project schedules and financial analyses.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules including WBS and activity durations.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors and vendors to ensure project progress and compliance.
