Job summary

Unispace seeks a Senior Project Manager (Project Construction Manager) to lead the US Delivery team in Raleigh. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex workplace design and construction projects, coordinating clients, design teams, site leadership, subcontractors and vendors.

You will drive planning through construction, handover and close-out, with safety, quality and commercial success at the heart of every decision. Hybrid work is available with strong on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or construction management experience within design, fit-out or construction industry.
• Extensive experience building strong client relationships and sustaining high satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, codes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control with transparent delivery.
• Proficiency with project management software to manage schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex construction projects from preconstruction through delivery and close-out.
• Act as primary client contact and trusted advisor, building long-term relationships.
• Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Manage scheduling, procurement, resourcing and risk with transparency.
• Lead regular client and stakeholder meetings with clear progress updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet scope, programme and quality.
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety, aligning with drawings and codes.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, commercial and construction teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers to raise standards.
