Job summary

Mace in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑sized to complex projects within our consult business. You will coordinate client, design teams and contractors, and manage scope, budget and schedule to deliver on time and to the agreed standard.

Responsibilities cover resource provisioning, design procurement, risk mitigation and successful handover. Flexible/hybrid working options are available where suitable.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in project management for medium sized projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Budget oversight and cost control experience.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Determines and arranges project management and external resources for the project.
• Collaborates with client, design team and contractors to ensure delivery per expectations.
• Procures and manages design and consultant teams, scope, fees and variations.
• Produces and integrates design and authorities programme with procurement and delivery.
• Manages delivery to programme from inception through construction phase.
• Leads meetings, records outcomes, and manages risk and mitigations.
