Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and coordinates technical aspects to ensure design and quality compliance.
• Maintains field presence, supports safety meetings, and plans high-risk activities.
• Collaborates with project managers, architects, and subs to resolve technical challenges.
• Reviews drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment.
• Supports project controls: schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identifies risks and provides engineering solutions; mentors junior staff.
