Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in North Carolina to lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with clients, designers, and trade partners to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.

You will mentor project managers and engineers, develop execution plans, and drive continuous improvement within DPR’s values and practices.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion.
• Leads project teams including project managers, engineers, and field staff.
• Ensures safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across projects.
• Develops and implements project execution plans, manages risk, and ensures alignment with values.
• Mentors team members and drives continuous improvement across phases.
