Qualificações

• Seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; two or more insurance designations may substitute for a degree.
• Licenses in multiple jurisdictions with ability to obtain others within 3 months of hire.
• Excellent communication and strong claim negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adjudicate construction defect claims at the highest authority limits with technical complexity.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis and investigation to resolve issues.
• Report to senior management on claims trends and developments.
• Investigate claims and interview involved parties promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage claims in litigation and maintain timely diary of tasks.
