Responsibilities

• Adjudicate construction defect claims with high technical complexity.
• Report on claims trends to management.
• Analyze policies, endorsements, and instructions to determine coverage.
• Investigate claims with input from involved parties.
• Manage claims in litigation and ensure timely resolutions.
• Set reserves considering policy wordings and risk factors.
