Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims.
• Licenses or ability to obtain licenses in multiple jurisdictions within 120 days.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance operations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
