Argo Group seeks a Senior Construction Technical Claims Specialist Team Lead to adjudicate the most complex construction defect claims from multiple offices with optional fully remote work in select states. This is a 100% in-office role requiring on-site presence during standard business hours.

The candidate will lead a team, analyze coverage, and drive profitability by delivering superb results for clients while maintaining strong relationships with insureds and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; two additional designations or four more years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Licenses in multiple jurisdictions; ability to obtain other licenses within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate construction defect claims at high authority limits with significant technical complexity.
• Conduct detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to resolve complex issues.
• Report to senior management and underwriters on claims trends and developments.
• Analyze claims forms, policies, endorsements, client instructions to determine coverage.
